Transmittal Screen....

Non-CDM KVI’s can be entered into the Transmittal Screen on a daily, pay period or monthly basis.  The values are entered into the “NON CDM KVI” area of the screen.  KVI's can be broken down into inpatient and outpatient.   This screen is also used to enter indirect hours, agency staffing and other statistics as well. 

Calculated results for KVI’s and hours are displayed at the bottom of this screen.  The variances for the direct and indirect hours are calculated.  Managers can enter reasons and action plans into the free text area at the bottom of the screen to explain FTE variances and corrective action plans.
