    Cost Center Review....

    This overview screen is a snap shot of the budget for a cost center.  KVI and FTE values are the key building blocks.  The productivity values are calculated and the hours per KVI factored.  The volume adjusted expenses and the cost per KVI values are calculated.  Finally, the revenue projections are calculated.

    Historical values 12 months are calculated.  From this history a “System Generated” budget is produced and displayed based on detailed algorithms.  These system generated values are passed to the final budget column for managers to review and approve.
